This position reports to our Regional Director of Sales & Marketing – Thailand, and be responsible for;
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to Regional Sales & Marketing team
- Preparing sales-related documents
- Keeping and updating files in an orderly manner
- Answering guest questions about hotel facilities/services
- Serving as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
