Legal Assistant
Based in the Philippines – Executive Office
Responsibilities:
- The legal Assistant will be working with the Legal team in terms of performing legal administrative tasks and clerical work.
- Assists the Legal Director in ensuring that the Company remains compliant with relevant corporate laws and regulations.
- Drafts minutes, resolutions, affidavits, and other simple legal documents.
- Maintains and files corporate legal records such as resolutions, contracts, agreements, etc.
- Reviews requirements for regulatory compliance.
- Provides contract support for standard corporate agreements, such as non-disclosure, confidentiality, and independent contractor agreements.
- Aids in overseeing the contract management processes, from planning to negotiation, to execution.
- Performs other duties and special tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Legal Management or equivalent.
- Familiar with basic corporate secretarial work (drafting Minutes of the Meeting, Board Resolutions, etc.)
- Familiar with corporate and contract laws and procedures
- Preferably with proven working experience as Administrative Assistant having Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and the court system.
- At least 1-year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer literate Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Open to a full onsite work set up based in our Makati Office.
